AMENITY FEE
Similar to other hotels in the area, the Grand Hotel Kissimmee does charge a nightly Resort or Amenity Fee. The Amenity Fee at the Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration is $20 plus tax ($22.70). Listed below are many of the amenities that are included in the Amenity Fee:

SHUTTLE
The Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration does have Shuttle Service to the major theme parks and the shuttle schedule is available at the Front Desk upon check-in.
Please be at the Pickup Locations at least 10 minutes prior to boarding time. Shuttle Times are subject to change due to traffic and weather conditions. Groups of 9 or more may not use this shuttle and should make arrangements for a private charter.
Please note that Handicap Shuttle Services must be scheduled 24-hours in advance. Motorized Scooters and foldable wheel-chairs are not eligible for the wheel-chair accessible vehicle.
LAUNDRY
The Laundry Room is open daily from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM and guests need to use their room key to gain access to the area. Washers and Dryers are all coin operated and take quarters only.
Washers are $3.00 a machine load and Dryers are $3.00 a machine load. Change and Laundry Supplies may be purchased at the Front Desk / Sundry Shop.
PACKAGE DELIVERIES
Packages can be mailed to the Hotel to your attention, however, there is a Package Fee for all deliveries accepted on your behalf. Packages should indicate the name on the reservation and arrival date.
The Fee Schedule is listed below:
• Packages up to 10 lbs. $7.00 plus tax per package**
• Packages over 10 lbs. $11.00 plus tax per package**
** The above rates are based on packages being received and held for an in-house guest or guest arriving within 7 days. Packages received and held for guests who hold a reservation arriving more than 7 days into the future, will be charged an additional $1 per package per day over 7 days. This fee will be charged and collected by the Front Desk on arrival.
NON-SMOKING ROOMS
Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration is a Non-Smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all public space. There are designated areas for smokers throughout the hotel property.
There will be a $200 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply. This fee will be used to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guest room back to a smoke-free condition.
SUNDRY SHOP
The Sundry Shop is open 24 hours daily and is located next to the front desk in the lobby for your convenience. An assortment of drinks, snacks and personal items are available for purchase.

CRIBS
Cribs are available at no cost and are based on availability. To ensure that a crib is reserved for your room, please request this item in advance of your arrival.
SERVICE ANIMALS
With the exception of Service Animals, Pets are not allowed at The Grand Hotel Kissimmee at Celebration.
Rooms reserved with a Service Animal must be reserved at least one week prior to arrival.
** Rooms found occupied with pets will be charged a Pet Fee of $500 plus tax to cover additional cleaning & sanitizing (Carpet Shampooing, etc).
